Jonas Brothers To Kick- Off Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign

from Tim Ebner:
"The Jonas Brothers will perform live at halftime of the Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Day game to kick-off The Salvation Army’s 2008 Red Kettle Campaign. The game starts at 3:15 p.m. on FOX.

The Jonas Brothers already have brought an enormous amount of attention to this year’s Red Kettle campaign, with legions of fans seeking out their PSA on YouTube and discussing the performance on message boards and other online forums.

We’re hoping their Online Red Kettle (www.salvationarmyusa.org), which will go live for one week starting tomorrow, will help beat last year’s $118 million Red Kettle campaign record as fans and followers sign up to raise money and to win autographed memorabilia.

More info on the game and the online Red Kettle is included below and a multimedia press release—with new photos and video—will be available online this afternoon at: http://www.prnewswire.com/mnr/salvationarmy/35246/

The Jonas Brothers have helped make this an exciting year for the Red Kettle campaign and that’s going to be important in the current economic climate. "
